Introducing the TV Trax Cart
Specifically designed for warehouse clubs and electronics retailers, this cart eliminates the typical risks of transporting and storing large flat screens.
With new TVs now hitting 100″ and 200+ lbs., a rethinking of the old TV carts became necessary for easier and safer loading. The TV Trax has a lower loading height of 5″, (reducing lifting injuries) and it allows side and front loading making it easier/faster to lift and load a TV for transport increasing productivity. The TV Trax also better protects unboxed TVs with narrower and adjustable support post positions, 18 in total. Unlike traditional U shaped horizontal support posts that are difficult to insert, and hit large TVs mid screen, these posts are taller than current TVs and future TVs supporting them on the outside frame taking the pressure off of the fragile screen.
The layout features six vertical 56” posts, each wrapped in dense protective foam to keep units upright and separated. No more screen-on-screen contact. No more wobble. No more leaning them at bad angles.
The rubber finial toppers on each post add a final layer of product and user protection—no sharp metal ends, no gouges to screen edges or hands. Typical TV carts can damage TVs and are harder to load because of a higher loading height and the need to load from a specific side of the cart.
TV carts support TVs with by a horizontal bar running the length of a cart. This bar, if padded, loses its padding quickly since all TVs hit about the same spot. The TV is very fragile on its screen. Improperly loading a TV with the screen against the support can cause catastrophic damage. Why take that risk? The TV Trax Cart uses padded vertical supports so the TV can’t be loaded improperly. These supports have 4 sides of padding and not all TVs will rest against the support at the same spot, making the padding last much longer.
Higher loading height makes it more difficult to load a TV. The higher the load, the greater risk of lifting injuries. The casters to the TV Trax Cart mount directly to the decking making for a much lower loading height.
