Workers shouldn’t have to bend, crawl, or climb to reach product. SawTrax Reacher Poles are engineered to eliminate the most common warehouse picking hazards by giving crews a durable, long‑handled tool that brings stock forward: so every lift happens close to the body, upright, and under control.

  • Multiple pole lengths for retail, warehouse, and heavy‑stock environments (48", 54", 60")
  • Two Head Ratings: standard (80 lbs) and heavy‑duty (160 lbs) with rounded profiles that protect packaging
  • Purpose‑Built for Deep Pallets, overhead slots, and floor‑level storage where unsafe reaches occur most
  • Replaceable Heads: threaded ends fit standard poles for easy maintenance and long service life.

Durable, ergonomic, and built for everyday picking, SawTrax Reacher Poles are trusted across distribution centers, retail backrooms, and manufacturing facilities. These retrieval poles reduce strain, speed up picks, and keep hands and shoulders out of dangerous rack positions.

SawTrax REACHER™ Poles

SawTrax Reacher Poles are long‑handled retrieval tools designed to pull cases, cartons, and bagged goods from deep pallet positions, rack bays, overhead slots, and floor‑level storage. Available in multiple lengths and head ratings, they give workers a reliable way to bring product to the pick face without bending, climbing, or reaching into unsafe positions.

Industrial‑Grade Reach Tools for Real‑World Picking Challenges

Pull Stock from Deep Pallets

When cases sit 30–40 inches back on a pallet, workers typically bend at the waist and reach horizontally: an ergonomically high‑risk posture. A Reacher Pole pulls cartons forward to the pick face, allowing upright lifting and reducing lower‑back load.

Retrieve Items from Overhead Slots

High storage locations often force overhead reaching or unsafe climbing. A lightweight pick stick configuration lets workers walk cartons forward from upper beams into a controlled, two‑hand catch at chest height.

Access Product Under Low Beams and Floor‑Level Storage

Floor‑level picks require repeated full‑depth bending. A long‑reach pole slides product out from under rack overhangs without kneeling or crawling on concrete.

How it Works

  1. Each pole comes with a threaded pull head that hooks over cases or bagged goods.
  2. A controlled pull brings the item forward to the pick face, where it can be lifted close to the body.
  3. The rounded anvil protects packaging, while the pole length provides reach into deep bays, under low beams, and across pallet positions without bending or climbing.
