The Panel Express is your compact, heavy-duty solution for transporting sheet goods, panels, glass, granite, drywall, doors, and more—both indoors and out. Engineered for efficiency, its self-adjusting brace with a rubber-lined lip securely grips material up to 3.5″ thick. Simply place your load onto the cart, and the weight activates the clamp automatically, keeping everything locked in place. For extra security, built-in E-track slots let you use J-hooks or E-strap tie-downs to hold your load steady.
Despite its rugged capabilities, the Panel Express maintains a compact footprint—about a 2-foot cube—making it easy to maneuver through doorways, down hallways, or across busy job sites. Its 12.25″ solid foam, flat-free tires handle rough terrain like gravel, grass, and small obstacles with ease, while front locking casters provide stability for loading and unloading, even on sloped surfaces. The sturdy 60 lb. steel frame strikes the perfect balance between durability and portability.
