In a home center store, one of the most challenging tasks involve merchandising 5 gallon buckets under pallet racks. Typically a team member squats under the rack and tries to grab the handle of the bottom bucket to pull a stack forward. The problems are this is very uncomfortable and sometimes the bottom bucket doesn’t have a handle or the handle is in the back of the bucket.
