We took the Makita Beam Saw, removed the shoe, and built a saw carriage around it.  This carriage  has a 3 point hold down that locks the saw in place.  The key to the stability is the new hold down on the motor.  This hold down prevents any movement of the saw in the carriage.

This rock solid design gives you blade stability and easy saw blade replacement with either a 16" blade or a 16 5/16" blade.  Depth of cut remains at 6" with either blade.

New carriages uses  8 sealed bearing to make saw glide on guide rails.

With every cut you make with a radial arm saw, you leave some dust against the fence. This dust can throw off the alignment of your material, especially when it accumulates on the table. To make accurate cuts every time, you  need to clean the dust every time. This cleaning takes a lot of time.

Our Dual Arm Saw has the Dust Buster Fence System™  that creates a gap between the top of the material and the bottom of the fence where saw dust can accumulate. The cut is not affected. On the table in this gap created by the fences there are dust ports. These ports along with the blade slot in the table evacuate the dust away.
With our machine you can make more accurate cuts in less time than with other machines because you don't have to sweep the dust away. That's why it will out cut any radial arm.
