Let me start by saying that I knew nothing of the operation or costs of panel saws. When we decided that our needs warranted purchasing a saw, we did a tremendous amount of research on panel saws and ultimately selected your company's full size 52" saw with a few options.
We selected your company for several reasons with price being a main consideration as this saw was close to $1,000 cheaper than the other model we were considering. The old saying of "you pay for what you get" kept haunting me in the back of my mind and I was somewhat nervous while waiting for delivery of the unit.
I can't tell you how pleased we are with the saw. It started a couple of days after we ordered the saw with an email informing us that the saw has been shipped. It showed up right on time and the best part; it was very well secured and packaged, exactly like your picture on the website. Uncrating the unit was a breeze. The first thing we did was watch the video CD that came with the unit. After a brief 30-minute lesson that the CD gives you, we were able to put the saw in use in less than 30 minutes later!
As far as operating the saw it's very easy to use. The lift and turn saw plate feature is fantastic, as is the enhanced dust collection system. After a few minutes of use with this saw we could tell that it was made with attention to detail. Although the cuts we need to make do not have to be dead on exact, the cuts your saw gives us are dead on, right out of the crate.
If anyone is thinking about purchasing one of these saws but is feeling somewhat uneasy about price, quality, etc., feel free to share this letter with them as we would be more than happy to give you a big thumbs up!
Good job and keep up the good work.

As our company planned a product line expansion, we knew that we needed to purchase a panel saw to cut sheets of MDF. The saw we purchased needed to be perfectly square and, most importantly, needed to make perfectly square cuts. After researching and talking to several companies, we felt strongly that the Saw Trax product was the best option available. With superb service and technical information prior to the purchase, we were very confident of our decision.
The surprise came when saw was delivered and set up. It simply exceeded our high expectations by a mile. The very limited amount of assembly and the precise construction makes it easily one of the smartest machine purchases my company has ever made.
If you need a panel saw, all I can say is look no further than Saw Trax. You will not be disappointed. Grant Henley, President, Global Gallery, LLC

Question: Good Morning! Has anyone had any experience with the Saw Trax cutter? We have decided to puchase a cutter and it seems that for the little extra it costs, the flexibility is well worth it. I'd appreciate any comments, good or bad. Thanks in advance, Andy and Heidi Korn, Kornerstone Signs

Answer: I have had my Saw Trax for about 4 years now. I could not do many of my jobs without it. It is great for cutting everything from MDO, acrylic, aluminum, steel, PVC, etc. The people there are very helpful and it is a great value. If you have any questions, give me a call. I want to take just a moment to offer you my sincere thanks for your strong customer focus and continuous follow up. It is a real pleasure working with you. Maybe you should go on the road and do "sales coaching" for companies who need to improve their customer relationships!! <smile> Regards, Jim L. Davis Infinity Sign Solutions, Inc.
