You can use this Knife with a Mid Fence for cutting blanks waist high and with any model panel saw.

You can also use this knife cutter to rip large sheets to size the way you would when using the panel saw to rip large sheets to size.

Faster Changeovers
Our unique carriage allows faster tool changer overs.  No Extra Backer Board is needed.  Competitors models need a backer board that must be removed when sawing.
Fast change from saw to knife is easy with two quick release fasteners.  Other machines use bolts that have to be screwed in.  These bolts can be dropped or lost.

Safer to use
When the saw is removed  to install the knife, our saw's blade is guarded by the built in blade guard.  Other machines have no guard on their saw blade raising safety risks in your shop.

Includes adjustable knife holder, OLFA ® Knife, and specialized tool insert.

We are the only knife cutter that can rip cut. (Cut length wise)  This is great for cutting a foam board blank that would be over four feet wide like a 2' X 6' blank.

The knife cutting position and unique design of the material support tray allow you to cut with NO BACKBOARD TO ATTACH AND REMOVE like other machines.

This knife design allows the knife to make multiple passes to score and then cut your materials. The standard knife can only cut in one pass. This opens up a wider variety of materials to cut like expanded PVC and .060 styrene. These materials can now be cut dust free with your knife. Alsow works great with the Sheet Clamp.
