Unlike home center models that rely on U-bolts with plastic rings, the Varsity Series uses real steel bearings, delivering an exceptionally smooth and precise pull stroke.
While home center saws require up to 13 adjustment points to maintain squareness, our factory-set Accu-Square alignment system ensures permanent precision—no recalibration needed.
The Varsity Series is equipped with a Makita 5007F 15-amp saw, using standard 7.25″ blades that are easy to find and replace. Home center saws, on the other hand, require expensive and hard-to-source 8″ blades with proprietary saws—leading to longer downtimes and higher costs.
Our Dust Brush surrounds the blade, containing sawdust until it’s efficiently evacuated by a larger 2.5” vacuum hose. Competitor models use thinner hoses with vinyl tubes that require constant adjustments and are often damaged within the first week of use.
