New Accu-Glide Sealed Bearing System

This bearing system gives you an incredible smooth and light feel while making the carriage more precise when moving it up and down on the guide rails.  The design uses a bottom bearing to load the top two bearings allowing you to use our horizontal bearing system in the vertical plain.  A total of 12 sealed bearings are used on each carriage.

The new Accu-Glide with sealed bearings has made a simple yet significant difference in our shop. The sealed bearings are smooth and are assembled to a much tighter tolerance yielding a very consistent, straight cut. The new carriage is heavier aiding in the cutting action which helps with hand fatigue and cutting time.
