Accu-Square™ is the latest patented innovation in the panel saw industry. In the past, panel saws have been notorious for being difficult to square and needing constant realignment. Even if shipped from the factory aligned, the bumps and bounces from the trucking companies would cause the panel saw to arrive out of alignment. What was needed was a simple and permanent way for the end user to align his panel saw once and for all. This led Saw Trax Mfg. to develop the patented Accu-Square™ alignment system.

The Accu-Square™ system is simple. It uses a series of 9 holes 1/4" apart in the frame and a series of 9 holes 5/32" apart in the guide tube bracket for alignment. It comes from the factory with a set screw in the center holes of both. The panel saw can be adjusted in 1/32" increments to the left or right. Once aligned, the set screw is screwed into the holes so the machine cannot shift out of alignment in the future.
Another problem that the Saw Trax engineers have fixed is material roller alignment problems. Other machines have adjustable rollers that can go out of alignment and make your cut out of square. Saw Trax rollers don't' adjust and won't go out of alignment. Your Saw Trax panel saw saw will never go out of square. No other panel saw company can make this claim!
