We've all seen the guys at the home center stores use panel saws. They zip through sheets of plywood like butter. Most of us know how hard it is to cut a sheet without one. Snapping a line, clamping a straight edge, struggling to get a sheet on saw horses, worrying how far the saw blade is cutting through and hoping we won't pinch the saw blade. Even cutting a sheet on a table saw is awkward, dangerous and requires two people.
So why don't guys use a panel saw on the job site? Easy, up until now there wasn't a way to get a panel saw to the job site.
NOW THERE IS.
The carrier slides into any 2 inch trailer receiver. The arm pivots down and hooks onto the frame of the panel saw.
You push up and back on the machine until you hear the safety catch lock it up vertically.
Then you pin the pivot arm in place. The safety catch prevents it from falling down.
Then you take out the saw, bungee it to the pivot arm and you're ready to go.
Time is money. Make both with your new on site panel saw.
Work smart!
Add the builders fence extensions to your panel saw to make it 10' wide for only $300. They bolt on in 2 minutes.
