Floating Router

Drops down onto your material to follow the contours, twists and bows of your sheets. Great for V-Grooving materials like DiBond to make bends .

Knife Insert

This insert turns your panel saw into a sheet cutter. You can cut foam board, corrugated PVD, Cardboard, and Coroplastscore. Included in Sign Makers package.

Pivoting Knife Insert

This pivoting knife allows the user to cut a wider range of materials because it can score cut to cut in more than one pass. See Videos,on page, even cuts Dry Wall!

Rolling Shear ACM (Dibond) Insert

For dust free cuts on ACM / Dibond with smooth edges and no "Noodleling" bending. Also cuts expanded PVC up to 6 mil.

Glass Cutting Insert

Used to cut plate glass, uses a scoring wheel.

Spinning Saw Insert

The saw insert plate does not need to be removed and reinserted to change from cross cutting to rip cutting. Standard on 2000 and 3000 series models.

Flip Stop

Used when cutting the same two or three lengths of material. It saves time moving a stop back and fourth and ensures all of your cuts are uniform.

Laser Line

Add a laser line to your panel saw to check the cut line of your saw or knife. Great for trimming prints in the sign industry. Available for all Panel Saws and Dual Arm Saw.

Saw Blades

A variety of specialized saw blades are available. They are designed to cut Aluminum or aluminum composites, plastics or acrylics and wood. See price sheet for details.

Spring Hold Down

Spring fingers keep non-rigid or thin material held against the frame when cutting. There is an adjusting knob to vary the hold down tension according to the thickness of the material. Included with Sign Makers Package.

Rip Pointer

For fast and easy set ups of length wise cuts. For ripping in both directions, an upper and lower pointer are used. Included with all packages.

Stop, Strip Bar and Tapes

Quickly measure and make repetitive cuts. Saves you time and money. Strip bar allows easy and repeat cutting of strips. Included with all packages.

Frame Dust Collection

Dust collection built into the bottom frame of the panel saw. This collects most of the dust before it hits the floor.

Sheet Clamp

It is used as an extra hand to hold material in place so no one tries to put their hands under the carriage. Great for holding small or narrow piece in place. Now clamps a full 48" sheet!

Mid Fence

Allows for easy waist high cuts. Instead of cutting small pieces on the bottom of the machine, use the removable lip of the mid fence to hold small pieces. Remove the lip when cutting larger sheets.

Folding Stand and Wheels

For portablility and mobility, Factory Attached. The stand can be folded from the front like a ladder. When the machine is tilted vertically, the weight shifts to big 5" wheels. The machine can be easily moved into a cutting position or out of the way for storage or through a doorway.

Panel Saw Hitch Carrier

Fits into a 2" receiver. Makes your panel saw easy to take from job to job. No cleaning out the back of your truck or slinging your panel saw around in the bed of your truck . One person can load and take it with them.

Builders Extensions

These ultra simple full size extensions give 10' of support when added to a Compact frame. Adds and extra 4 rollers per side on 28" fence backing supports.

Extra Saw Insert

When frequently cutting different types of materials, lile aluminum and plastics, you can use a second saw with a different blade instead of swapping saw blades, just swap the saws.
